The master bedroom has a private bath, king size bed, desk that overlooks the ocean and has a perfect sunrise view. Living area overlooks ocean with abundant sitting and lounging space. Second and third bedrooms have lots of sunlight, full closets and two single beds and queen size bed, respectively  

Ocean swimming, snorkeling and fly fishing accessible right off the property. There is a 120-foot private dock located on the property. Dry at low tide and 4′ limited access at high tide.
